I have dog (boxer) and she's the number one girl of the house, might even call her the little princess. I'm like the most laid back adrenaline junky you'll ever know. I go to the Dr and when they have a hard time checking my heart rate cause it beats so slow, but then again they've never tried to check it while I was doing something like jumping out of a perfectly good airplane or Running with the Bulls in Spain (two times actually).

AMEN!! BEER IS MY FRIEND, and I never betray a friendship. Though I attended a cherry beer tasting event yesterday at a local brewery...and all i got to say is YUCK. Can we leave the fruit out of beer please?!

We live about an hour away from Shenandoah Valley. It's pretty easy to get out for small hikes. Come on out for one.
Just aslong as you come and visit and don't tease me much ;-)
